While she was in the hospital on March 19, 2012, Freddie Mac hired movers to put Linda James’out of her home. This was an illegal foreclosure and we are demanding her home back.
While Linda James was receiving her cancer treatment, Freddie Mac removed all of her belongings and put them in the street. We demand that Freddie Mac and Routh Crabtree Olsen allow Linda James to remain in her home, as they had originally agreed, so that she may fight her cancer without fear of illegal eviction.

I have lived with this very fear on and off for about 5 years—We all have been ripped off by the banks and it seems somehow WE are suppose to understand why legal remedies to this would be too much to ask.

I’m with her. I may need your help as I’ve been fighting like hell with Bank of America or over 14 months. Long story, too long to write, they’ve used dirty tricks and anything and everything to harrass me and my husband over that period but we’ve been fighting back. Our petiion is on change.org and we still need 42 signatures to get it live in the search engines, etc.
