While she was in the hospital on March 19, 2012, Freddie Mac hired movers to put Linda James’out of her home. This was an illegal foreclosure and we are demanding her home back.
While Linda James was receiving her cancer treatment, Freddie Mac removed all of her belongings and put them in the street. We demand that Freddie Mac and Routh Crabtree Olsen allow Linda James to remain in her home, as they had originally agreed, so that she may fight her cancer without fear of illegal eviction.

Get in touch, if you already haven’t, with the state attorney general’s office. Get a live person (insist) and be in their face until remedy action is done.

We need to stop them now!! Linda deserves to stay in her home..Laws should protect the home owner not the greedy criminal banks! make the banks prove they do own the the note and the deed!

Apparently you agreed to allow her to stay in her home; it is dirty business to go back on an agreement, especially when the person is absent.
